It is a method for going an inch-wide, mile-deep into lean change and follows a model of Learn it, Apply it, Reflect on what you learned. Many groups like to start with things like 5S. We like teams learning and using waste early in the process. In this video, Andy Carlino and Jamie Flinchbaugh explain why.
