Lean Quad Simulation License Agreement
This letter shall serve as a license agreement between The Lean Learning Center and for usage of The Lean Learning Center’s Lean Quad simulation.
Usage Rights
The Lean Quad initiation package with license, purchased by on Purchase Date allows to deliver the Lean Quad simulation an unlimited amount of times within to an unlimited amount of staff.
Limitations of Usage
Under this license, the simulation and corresponding content is for the sole usage of . The materials may not be amended in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: The Lean Learning Center copyright, Lean Learning Center logo and instructional content. The simulation shall remain in its existing packaging and may not be integrated into other materials or altered in any way without the express written consent of The Lean Learning Center. The Lean Quad simulation, all accompanying teaching content, and debrief content would remain under the ownership and copyright of The Lean Learning Center.
