The 5S/6S workshop is held onsite at your location and normally requires 1-3 days. We start with a half-day introduction and instruction (handouts provided). After the half-day of instruction, we get right to work implementing 5S/6S in your target area. We recommend at least one follow-up consultation day after 30 days to coach and audit progress.
