Lean Experience Program Details:

The 5-day Lean Experience® is a total immersion program designed to instill steady, reliable and proven lean rules and principles into the foundation of your business.

The first day is committed to exploring the rules of lean that will provide the knowledge to objectively analyze work to determine opportunity areas for improvement that are based on rules rather than individual opinions.

Days 2, 3 and 4 take a deep dive into transforming how you think about work by examining the principles of lean. You will participate in two different simulations that will provide you with hands-on experience utilizing the concepts and also provide an opportunity to directly observe the impact of application.

The final day of the course focuses on next steps to help you transition from the classroom back to your organization. A roadmap for lean transformation will be presented to help you determine where your organization is currently in its journey. Our coaches will work with you to develop an implementation plan to build organizational engagement and support.

Our approach to learning is different by following our highly successful “Learn-Apply-Reflect” methodology that actively engages you in the learning process. Concepts are learned through lectures, case studies, discussion and team-based activities. After learning each concept, you will be provided an immediate opportunity to apply through a variety of techniques including two simulations, mapping, completion of a waste walk and structured experimentation. Finally, you will reflect on how these ideas affect you and how you can take steps to successfully apply these concepts within your organization.

Whether you want to completely transform your company, you have defined targets and need help on a specific project, or you just want to improve efficiency and profitability, we are here to help. Our consultants and coaches have extensive experience working in every size of business and every industry ranging from aerospace to manufacturing to government. Our coaches have the practical experience and track record necessary to help regardless of your specific industry, size, challenges or goals.. So if you have the desire to contribute to organizational improvement, visit the Lean Learning Center’s website or contact us to register for one of our Lean Experience courses in 2017.
